Painting in Andheri

Andheri is mid-redevelopment on a large scale, so we work in two very different building types: 1980s societies with ageing GI plumbing and aluminium wiring, and new towers where the builder finish needs stripping before anything good can go in. Metro line work has made material movement harder along the Western Express Highway corridor, so we schedule deliveries outside peak hours. Most societies here restrict work to 9am-6pm on weekdays.

Our standard internal system is two coats of putty, sanded between, one coat of primer, and two finish coats, with the manufacturer's recommended recoat interval actually observed rather than compressed. Existing loose or flaking material is scraped back to a sound surface first, and any damp patch is diagnosed before painting rather than covered. Externally we use the appropriate exterior grade with a dedicated exterior primer. Furniture is sheeted, floors are covered, and the site is cleaned at the end of every day.

Paint cost is mostly surface preparation and coat count, not the tin. We do not publish a rate card, because a number for a space nobody has measured becomes your problem on day four. What we can tell you is exactly what moves it.
